The rain map displays daily rainfall amounts, in inches for Michigan and in millimetres for Ontario. A user can hover the cursor over a rainfall value to yield the corresponding station name, and clicking on the rainfall value will display a table of daily temperature and rainfall totals. Daily rainfall data is calculated from the total accumulation of precipitation that falls from midnight to midnight.
